Clinical Research Agreements
Generally, most industry sponsores provide their standard contracts with their study packet initally issued to investigators. For cases where standard contracts are not suppliced by sponsors, our office has the following agreements available:
- Non-Disclosure Agreement 2 way Reciprocal (PDF)
- Clinical Trial Agreement Non Federal Funding (PDF)
- UofL Professional Services Corp/Private Practice (PSC) Subcontract (PDF)
Used when PSC is providing services for the study
