Information for Researchers
The division supports Investigators' efforts to participate in clinical research by providing review and negotiation of various agreements associated with the type of research, including clinical research agreements and subaward agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and subcontracts for researchers who have contracted their services as collaborators or consultants. Services also include the coordination of the review for site specific documents such as Letters of Indemnification and Facility Use Agreements for the Louisville Medical Center affiliated hospitals.
