The Department of Environmental Health and Safety provides required safety training both in-person and online to university faculty, staff and students.
Training and Outreach Program
All faculty, staff and students are required to complete all environmental health safety trainings appropriate for their work environment or course of study. In addition to DEHS training, supervisors must provide lab-specific training. The training directory below provides a list of training courses that apply to specific job duties.
Commonly required courses include:

DEHS Training Directory
Initial training is required at the start of applicable job duties.
Refresher training is required periodically.
