The Molecular Modeling Core provides computational biology services including molecular dynamics simulations, drug screening and docking, biophysical calculations, and figure generation.

The Molecular Modeling Core is a core component of the Drug Discovery Platform

  • Cryo-EM gride preparation and analysis.
  • Modelling of proteins, RNA/DNA, ligands, and lipids (and combinations thereof)
  • Virtual screens
  • Molecular modeling (general, hourly)
